Safety Net Hospitals for Pharmaceutical Access (SNHPA), formerly the Public Hospital Pharmacy Coalition (PHPC), offers non-profit affiliate memberships for Coalitions, foundations, non-profit trade associations, and other organizations representing healthcare providers and pharmacies.  SNHPA represents a significant majority of disproportionate share hospital system participating in the Public Health Service 340B drug discount program.  Our members account for close to two-thirds of the volume in this federal drug discount program.

SNHPA is the only organization in the country that consistently monitors developments in the 340B program and is the lead organizer of the 340B Coalition, which consists of all of the national organizations representing providers and programs in the 340B program.

Non-profit affiliates regularly receive updates on key legislative and regulatory issues and have access to most SNHPA reports and publications.  In addition, non-profit affiliates have a presence on the SNHPA Web site, are able to attend SNHPA “member only” workshops at our annual conference and during other SNHPA exhibition meetings. Non-profit affiliates also receive significant discounts on conference sponsorship/exhibiting activities.
