Welcome to the 340B Enrollment Resource Center!
Safety Net Hospitals for Pharmaceutical Access (SNHPA), a non-profit membership organization representing over 800 hospitals nationwide that participate in the 340B drug discount program, has assembled the resources below to provide members, prospective members and other interested parties with valuable information about everything from enrollment to advocacy. Hospitals and other providers enrolled in 340B have access to steeply discounted outpatient pharmaceuticals; discounts range from 25-50%. Since 2010, a number of new categories of hospitals may enroll in 340B. This includes critical access hospitals, as well as some sole community hospitals, rural referral centers, and free-standing cancer hospitals.
Some of the documents below are for SNHPA members only. Even if your hospital is not yet enrolled in 340B, you can join SNHPA as an Affiliate member for just $500 and have access to these and other resources.
