Senator Charles Grassley
(R-IA), Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, has issued two letters
encouraging the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the
Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to take steps to
improve the administration of the 340B program and ensure manufacturer
