Fred Moxley is the Manager of Event Planning for Safety Net Hospitals for Pharmaceutical Access (SNHPA), an organization of more than 800 hospitals nationwide participating in the federal 340B drug discount program. Mr. Moxley works closely with current and prospective member hospitals, corporate partners, conference sponsors and exhibitors. He is also involved in all aspects of planning for various conferences and educational forums that SNHPA organizes. These include 340B Coalition conferences, SNHPA workshops and roundtables, and other events.

Before joining SNHPA, Mr. Moxley was Manager of Meetings at The Endocrine Society, where he was employed for 15 years. The Endocrine Society is the world's oldest, largest, and most active organization devoted to research on hormones and the clinical practice of endocrinology. He managed logistics for the Society's annual EXPO of 9,000 attendees, plus various other conferences and meetings. Mr. Moxley was also a travel agent for the Department of Defense and for a variety of companies in metropolitan Washington, D.C.
