Karen Hicks is the Manager of Membership Services and Event Planning for Safety Net Hospitals for Pharmaceutical Access (SNHPA), an organization of approximately 700 hospitals nationwide participating in the federal 340B drug discount program. Ms. Hicks works closely with current and prospective member hospitals, corporate partners, conference sponsors and exhibitors. She is also involved in all aspects of planning for various conferences and educational forums that SNHPA organizes. These include 340B coalition conferences, SNHPA workshops and other events, including a series of regional roundtables that SNHPA hosts with its members and corporate partners.
Before joining SNHPA, Ms. Hicks managed membership benefits for the American Society of Travel Agents. She also spent six years in membership at The Nature Conservancy. She holds a B.A. in English Literature from Virginia Tech.
