Laurinda Dennis is Manager of Member Services and Event Planning for Safety Net Hospitals for Pharmaceutical Access, an organization of over 400 disproportionate share hospitals that participate in the Public Health Service 340B drug discount program. Ms. Dennis is responsible for member services including membership recruitment and SNHPA marketing efforts. She is also actively involved in all aspects of conference planning for SNHPA conferences, workshops, and other public events.
Prior to joining SNHPA, Ms. Dennis worked as a Senior Legal Secretary at Federal Realty Investment Trust, a commercial real estate investment company, where she was responsible for producing and negotiating commercial and residential leases, waivers of landlord liens, and lease modification agreements for existing and potential tenants. She was also responsible for training support staff and for programming and trouble shooting lease production software and databases.
Ms. Dennis received a B.S. in Business Law & Public Policy with a Minor in Managerial Studies from the University of Maryland. She also received the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society and Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society awards for academic excellence.
